Familiar the world over, Vindaloo is a red, hot curry made traditionally with pork but also adapted widely. Our ancestral recipe, handed down generations within a Catholic family from the village of Chandor, in South Goa, brings out the flavour and aroma of classic Vindaloo, and is a glorious tribute to true Goan ingenuity.
